Refund Policy


Domestic Customers:

All Full Price Items are eligible for full refunds to original payment methods within 30 days of purchase date.

Full Price Items purchased with promo codes or during promotional periods (E.G, Black Friday) are still considered full price items and are eligible for full refunds within 30 days of purchase date.

Sale items are not eligible for refunds. Sale Items are eligible for exchanges or returns for store credit within 30 days of purchase date. All Sale Items are marked with “Sale” next to the purchase price on their product page.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange under any circumstances.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (if applicable) with original tags still attached. We reserve the right to reject a return for signs of wear, odor, or anything else that makes an item unsellable. 

Shipping costs are not eligible for refunds.

International Customers:

**International Orders (outside the US) are Final Sale


To return your product, please contact us at with your order number in the subject line. Let us know what is being returned, the reason for the return and whether you would like a refund, exchange, or store credit (depending on eligibility). We will send over a return label you can use to send back the item free of charge.

Once you have received a return label, you must send back the item(s) for return within one week or you will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items must be mailed within 30 days of purchase in order to be eligible for a return. Items mailed back outside of the 30 day period will be rejected and sent back to the customer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received it will be inspected to determine whether it meets our refund requirements.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. You will then receive notification of your refund.

Exchanges & Store Credit (if applicable)

Items that are returned for an exchange or store credit will be inspected to determine whether they meet our exchange requirements. We will then send out an item for exchange or issue store credit.

Once an exchange has been made or an item has been purchased with store credit issued from the return of sale items, the transaction is complete. No further exchanges or returns can be made.

If you receive a gift that was purchased from Eames NW you may return it for an exchange or store credit. If the item was full price you also have the option to refund the gift giver’s original payment method.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
