Refund Policy
Eligibility
For Domestic (USA) customers; you may request a return or exchange anytime on any item within 30 days of making your purchase.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (if applicable) with original tags. We reserve the right to reject a return for signs of wear, odor, or anything else that makes an item unsellable.
Shipping costs are not eligible for refunds.

Process
To return your product, please contact us at contact@eamesnw.com. Let us know what is being returned and the reason for the return. We will send over a return label you can use to send back the item free of charge.
Once you have received a return label, you must send back the item(s) for return within one week or you will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. If the return is not sent within two weeks of receiving the label, we will no longer accept that return.
Once we have received and inspected the item we will refund your order or exchange the item if requested.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange for a different size, send us an email at contact@eamesnw.com and we will send you a return label in return and issue an exchange if the requested item is available.
Gifts
If the item was a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
