Eligibility – Domestic Orders (U.S.)

Full-Price Items
Eligible for a refund to the original payment method within 30 days of purchase.
Full-price items are listed at a single price on the product page.

Sale Items
All sale items are final sale for refund.
Sale items are eligible for store credit or exchange only within 30 days. Refunds are not available.
Sale items are marked with a discounted price.

Promotional Purchases
Items purchased with promo codes or during promotional events (e.g. Black Friday) are considered full-price and remain eligible for refund.

After 30 Days
Returns and exchanges are not accepted.


Eligibility – International Orders

All international orders are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.


Condition Requirements

Items must be returned:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • In original packaging (if applicable)

Items must be returned in original condition. Items showing signs of wear (including odor, pet hair, lint, or damage) will be declined or subject to a restocking fee.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


How to Return

To initiate a return, email contact@eamesnw.com with your order number in the subject line.

Please include the item(s) you’re returning and your preferred resolution (refund, exchange, or store credit, based on eligibility).

A prepaid USPS return label will be provided.

Items must be shipped within 7 days of receiving the return label.
Returns shipped after this window will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

All returns must be shipped within 30 days of purchase. Returns sent after this period will be declined and returned to sender.


Refunds

All returns are inspected upon receipt.

To be eligible, items must match the original order (style, size, and SKU) and show no signs of wear or alteration. Items that do not meet these standards will be declined and may be returned to sender.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

A restocking fee of up to 15% will be applied to items returned:

  • Outside the return window
  • In compromised condition (e.g. wrinkled, lint, damaged packaging or tags)

Exchanges & Store Credit

Eligible items may be exchanged or issued as store credit.

Once an exchange is completed or store credit is used, the transaction is final.


Gifts

Gifts may be returned for exchange or store credit.

Full-price gift items may be refunded to the original purchaser’s payment method.
