Return Policy
**We are phasing out footwear at Eames NW. All footwear purchases are final sale.
Eligibility – Domestic Orders (U.S.)

Full Price Items: Refundable to original payment within 30 days of purchase. Full price items display a single price in black on their product page.

Sale Items: Not refundable. Eligible for exchange or store credit within 30 days. Sale items are marked with a discounted price in red next to the original price.

Promotions:Full Price Items purchased with promo codes or during promotional events (e.g. Black Friday) are still considered full price and eligible for refunds.

After 30 Days: Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
Eligibility – International Orders (outside the U.S.)

All international orders are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Condition Requirements

Items must be unused, in original packaging (if applicable), with all tags attached.

We reserve the right to refuse returns showing wear, odor, pet hair, lint, or other signs of use.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to Return

Email contact@eamesnw.com with your order number in the subject line. Include what you’re returning, the reason, and whether you’d like a refund, exchange, or store credit (depending on eligibility).

We’ll send you a prepaid USPS return label.

Once you receive the label, please ship your item back within 1 week. Returns shipped later may incur a 15% restocking fee.

Items must be mailed within 30 days of purchase or they will be rejected and returned to you.
Refunds

All returns and exchanges are inspected upon receipt to ensure they match the original item shipped, including style, size, and SKU. Items that do not match the original shipment or show signs of alteration will not be eligible for refund or exchange and may be returned to the sender.

After inspection, approved refunds are credited to your original payment method.

Please allow time for processing by your bank or card issuer.

A restocking fee (up to 15%) may apply for excessively wrinkled items, damaged packaging/tags or items with lint/pet hair.
Exchanges & Store Credit

Approved items will be exchanged or credited to your account.

Once store credit has been used or an exchange completed, the transaction is final.
Gifts

Gifts may be returned for exchange or store credit.

Full-price gifts can also be refunded to the original purchaser’s payment method.
