Shipping Policy

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping
We offer free 3–5 day shipping on all U.S. orders over $100. Orders under $100 ship at a flat rate of $10. All domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on package weight and delivery location.

Expedited 1–2 day shipping is available for $25.

Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of being placed.

If you’re located near Seattle, in-store pickup is available at checkout.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is applied only to orders shipped within Washington State.

International Shipping
Shipping rates for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

All international orders are shipped Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

We do not collect or estimate these fees at checkout and have no control over them. By placing an international order, you agree to pay any applicable charges required to receive your package.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs fees or duties, the order will not be refunded.
